Job Description VRM - Tele caller will be given leads to call from the organization, and they will also have to close the deal on prospective customers/clients. There will target every month to achieve which is different designation-wise. Products related to life insurance can be in terms of investment, guarantee, and protection. Requirements Reach out to existing and potential customers to present our product and service offering Learn details about our product and service offerings Address any questions or issues customers may have   Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and need Offer solutions based on client’s needs and capabilities Direct prospects and leads to the sales team Measure identified KPIs Always strive towards meeting sales quota  Track and document call and sales Must Criteria : Candidate with Insurance sales experience with 1 Plus years of experience, most preferred would-be Life insurance. Gender - Male / Female. Graduation is compulsory. No professional gap of more than 3 months Excellent communication skills   It’s a sales profile, target-oriented. Fully vaccinated. The candidate should have a stable profile and not a frequent job hopper.
