Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Engineering Administrative Assistant at our client PSIPL located in Chennai. The Engineering Administrative Assistant provides comprehensive administrative support to the engineering department, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. This role involves coordinating administrative tasks, managing documentation, assisting with project coordination, and facilitating communication within the engineering team and with external stakeholders.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role, preferably in an engineering or technical environment.
  • Proficiency in office software, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and project management tools.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required.
