About The Role
If you are an experienced Site Reliability Engineer join our team in the Pune location to become a driving force in ensuring the reliability, performance, and scalability of our systems. As an SRE, you'll be more than just a technical expert, you’ll be a creative problem solver with exceptional customer relationship skills. Your primary mission will be to design and implement scalable, dependable systems that deliver maximum reliability to our customers. You'll play a pivotal role in maintaining the high availability of our On-Premises and AWS-based environments, reducing operational overhead, and ensuring cost-effective solutions.

As an SRE, with a passion for leveraging coding principles, you will be automating tasks efficiently.Hands-on experience in Docker and Kubernetes, Terraform and Linux system administration are required to thrive in this role. Additionally, knack for setting up and maintaining environments that keep our systems humming, high uptimes are your mantra, ensuring our systems are always ready to serve. You will be carefully watching the system performance ensuring peak efficiency. Furthermore, Implementing the changes smoothly and seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities
System Reliability: Proactively identify and address system issues to ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of our services.
Automation: Develop and maintain automated solutions for provisioning, deployment, and monitoring of infrastructure and applications. Identify opportunities to automate scripts for software builds and deployments and help streamline the pipeline. Configuration and Testing: Prepare and configure hardware and software components for deployment, ensuring they meet specifications. Testing and reviewing the quality of the release before deployments in the customer environment.
Deployment Planning: Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to develop deployment strategies and schedules.
Deployment Execution: Execute deployment plans, monitor progress, and troubleshoot any issues that arise during deployment activities. Cloud operations, including application deployments with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines, operating system patching, and maintenance. Monitoring and Alerting: Implement effective monitoring and alerting systems to detect and respond to anomalies and potential problems.
Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Contribute to the development of Infrastructure as Code scripts and templates for managing infrastructure resources.
