Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to understand their strategic objectives and translate them into actionable HR initiatives.
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to support recruitment efforts and ensure a diverse and inclusive hiring process.
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers on performance management, employee development, and talent retention strategies.
- Analyse HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and develop data-driven solutions. Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Partner with the Training team to deliver training and development programs for employees and managers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Human Resources
- 10+ years of experience in a similar HRBP or HR generalist role, in BFSI industry
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Demonstrated experience partnering with senior leaders to drive business results through effective HR strategies.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
