The ideal candidate will be responsible for aligning HR initiatives with business objectives, fostering employee engagement and retention, and promoting a positive organizational culture. This role requires a proactive and solutions-oriented approach, with a focus on driving performance, managing change, and resolving employee retention issues


Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to understand their strategic objectives and translate them into actionable HR initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to support recruitment efforts and ensure a diverse and inclusive hiring process.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to managers on performance management, employee development, and talent retention strategies.
  • Analyse HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and develop data-driven solutions. Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Partner with the Training team to deliver training and development programs for employees and managers


Qualifications


  • Master's degree in Human Resources
  • 10+ years of experience in a similar HRBP or HR generalist role, in BFSI industry
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Demonstrated experience partnering with senior leaders to drive business results through effective HR strategies.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
