The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for creating a monopoly of Excellent Publicity among the top 5 advertising agencies in the region. Primary objective will be to win business from the top 500 advertisers and grow the business to a substantial amount of billing per month from those advertisers. The candidate will be responsible for training and guiding them to penetrate the existing market. This role will be pivotal in creating and increasing the market share of Excellent Publicity. Competitor and market analysis will also be an integral part of the job responsibilities. The candidate must be passionate for sales with an ability to understand the client's requirements and provide relevant solutions in the required time frame.

Job Description


Win business from the top 500 advertisers and grow the business to a substantial amount of billing per month.

Train and guide the internal team to penetrate the existing market and achieve the target billing.

Develop strategies to cater sales and increase the market share of Excellent Publicity.

Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify trends and insights and use them for building/planning business strategy.

Maintain relationships with advertisers to enhance Excellent Publicity's reputation and business.

Execute and monitor the campaigns. Remain the single point of contact for the advertiser in Excellent Publicity


Key skills required

8 years of experience in working in an advertising agency

5 years of experience in team building and management.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proven track record of managing and growing large accounts with deep relationships.

Strong analytical thinker to spot trends/insights and use them for building/planning business strategy.

Ability to drive the team towards the mission and assist wherever needed.

Ability to close complex deals personally.
