What You Will Do : The People Experience Manager is a member of the People Experience team (Human Resources) and is the primary point of contact for Managers, in addition to managing proactive support to the local Hyderabad workforce. The role will work with the site leadership team with the goal of building teams that drive Ashling Partners’ business priorities; maximizing our effectiveness as a growing location and central location for business in the APAC region; building the Ashling Partners culture and becoming an employer of choice; supporting engagement and business continuity; and delivering against our People Strategy. Primary Job Responsibilities: Employee Engagement: Implement initiatives to foster a positive and engaging work environment for employees. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: Lead the recruitment process for all positions in Australia and India with support from business leaders, including creating job descriptions, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and collaborating with managers to identify skill requirements. Employee Development and Training: Work with managers to identify training needs and create development programs to enhance employees' skills and knowledge. Act point of contact for Ashling Academy (training and development) in India. Collaborate with global peers on updates to training methodology and tools. Employee Onboarding and Offboarding : Facilitate the smooth onboarding of new hires by coordinating orientation, training, and necessary paperwork. Handle offboarding processes when employees leave the company. Performance Management : collaborate with global peers to implement performance management systems for employees, including setting objectives, conducting performance reviews, conducting training on the process, supporting questions during the review cycle, and following up with managers with under-performing employees. Compensation and Benefits : Ensure Ashling pay ranges and benefits offerings are competitive and aligned with industry standards while ensuring compliance. Employee Relations: Support all employees by managing conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and employee grievances. Policy and Compliance : Ensure HR policies and procedures are up-to-date, compliant with labor laws, and consistent with company-wide HR policies. HR Data and Reporting: Maintain HR data and generate reports related to India workforce metrics, turnover rates, employee satisfaction, and other relevant analytics. Collaborate with HRIS Analyst to ensure data is accurate at all times. Career Pathing and Succession Planning : Collaborate with managers to develop career paths for employees and identify potential successors for key roles. Workforce Planning : Anticipate talent needs and work with T leadership to develop workforce planning strategies to meet future demands. Projects: Collaborate with managers and People team peers to complete projects related to MBOs and OKRs. What You Will Bring : Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree in HR or a related discipline is a plus. 3-5 years of experience in HR leadership in India. Experience working with a global organization, including an organization with US headquarters. In-depth knowledge of Indian labor laws and regulations. Proven experience in talent acquisition, HR operations, training and development, employee relations, and organizational development. Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to influence leaders within the organization. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a dynamic and multicultural environment. Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Positive attitude with a focus on continuous improvement.
