Your Role: Technical Sales Engineer (OEM)

- Integration & Components Division (Automotive/Off-Highway)


Job Description:

As a Technical Sales Engineer, you'll drive profitable sales growth by developing opportunities and acquiring new customers, including OEMs, System Integrators, and Distributors in India. Your focus will be on the Integration/OEM division, where you'll handle products such as Controllers (PLCs), HMIs, Sensors, Displays, and Solutions.


Qualifications:


  • BE/BTech in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or Instrumentation + MBA in Sales/Marketing
  • 1- 3 years of successful technical sales experience in B2B environments, preferably in Industrial Automation or Off-Highway Industry/Mobile Automation
  • Strong understanding of technical sales, automated machinery, electro-mechanical systems, and vehicle automation
  • Fluency in spoken and written English, Gujarati, and Hindi
  • Knowledge and background of PLC, Sensors, Industrial automation is prefered


Skills:


  • Fluent communication with good business acumen
  • Technical knowledge of automation products like Controllers, Displays/HMIs, Sensors, etc.
  • Ability to create and present compelling value propositions and business presentations
  • Strong engagement with senior engineering and technical personnel, as well as purchasing
  • Proficiency in understanding machine automation requirements
  • Knowledge and background of PLC, Sensors, Industrial automation is prefered
