Telecommunications Engineer

Telecom Engineer should have a strong telecommunications background with experience in Frontier systems and methodologies with FROGS to understand the different network design scenarios, which including Fiber plan and design experience which includes Understanding Field Survey Knowledge, High Level Design. Low-Level Design, As-Build Design, Traffic Control Plan, TCP, Engineer, Planning, QC, Permits & BAU Designs. Requirements Should have experience in Frontier systems and methodologies. Should have experience on FOB, F2, Household Jobs or GPON Network. Should be able to Draft & QA complete, TCP, Engineering, Planning, QC, Permits. Should have a real time Fiber Plan & Design Engineering background either telecom service provider or EPC or Design Consultancy Company Can-do attitude, problem solving skills, negotiation skills, and business commercial acumen. leadership skills, relationship-building skills, process re-engineering and automation skills and effective presentation skills. Should have experience in Fiber Plan & Design Engineering Tool knowledge like AutoCAD 2D/3D, ArcGIS, QGIS, MapInfo, GPON, EPON, FROGS, CADTEL and other GIS technologies. Focus on execution & responsiveness to internal and external customers/stakeholders and demonstrated sense of ownership and analytical skills. Able to effectively balance local and global priorities as well as short term and longer-term objectives. Ability to network, collaborate with and influence large and diverse teams/stakeholders. Experience working effectively in matrix org structure. Candidates should have excellent written, oral communication and presentation skills. Demonstrated capability of handling difficult decisions. Experience and Education Requirement- Bachelor’s Degree preferred only (ECE/CIVIL). Minimum 2 years of experience in FTTH Designing & Planning. Must have Experience in AutoCAD 2D and FROGS technology.
