Description -
- Leading the service delivery team with accountability for ongoing project delivery & ensuring quality & timeliness of deliverables.
- Understanding customer needs and overseeing service delivery within the business context and aligning with the customer goals.
- Managing finances and budgets. Determining ways to reduce costs without sacrificing employee & customer satisfaction.
- Participate in Presales for responding to RFP / RFIs and contribute to development of Capabilities, Collaterals, Transformation Tools and Reusable components leading to delivery led growth.
- Coordinate resource hiring, onboarding, knowledge sharing and competency building within the team.
- Must have project delivery experience in Waterfall, Agile and iterative development methodologies.
- Must have experience of senior level reporting and stakeholder management, both internal and on the client side.
- Ability to work well with business leaders and people from various disciplines and with varying degrees of business and technical experience.
- Resources with diverse work experience with leading Insurance providers in US geography would be given preference.
- Strong understanding of how business flows in Life Insurance & Annuities - new business, policy administration, billing, correspondence, regulatory and compliance etc. would be a big plus.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, communication, conflict management and presentation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
