Job Description What you will be doing: We are looking for an exceptional restaurant manager to manage our front-of-house team.  You will be responsible for 'hands-on' daily operations, you will oversee your team to achieve set targets and objectives across all departments, whilst also maintaining the integrity and high standards of the Levantine Hill brand.  You must provide a high level of customer service to ensure all guests have a memorable wine and food experience. Key responsibilities: Customer service. Wine sales. Leading and managing the front-of-house team. Roster management and human resource management End-of-day reports. Strategy and systems – H&L point of sale, and Seven Rooms reservations. Assisting with functions and event management. Requirements To be eligible for these posts you must have:     ∙ Excellent communication skills   ∙ Diploma level Industry qualifications   ∙ Stable resume/CV   ∙ Written references from your past employers   ∙ Ideally, you will have a minimum of 3-5 extensive experience in 5-star hotels,   gastro or traditional pubs or restaurants.     ∙ ∙ experience Working in 5* hotels or well-known restaurants, franchises etc     Requirements Ideally, you will have a minimum of 10+ extensive experience in 5-star hotels, gastro or traditional pubs or restaurants. ∙ ∙experience Working in 5* hotels or well-known restaurants, franchises etc
