Responsibility

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), trainers, and stakeholders to identify training needs and learning objectives for different target audiences.
  • Design and develop instructional materials, including but not limited to e-learning modules, training videos, interactive simulations, job aids, and assessments.
  • Apply instructional design methodologies to create learner-centered content that aligns with established learning objectives and goals.
  • Develop and design visually appealing and interactive learning materials that enhance engagement and knowledge retention.
  • Utilize multimedia tools and technologies effectively to enrich the learning experience and cater to diverse learning styles.
  • Create and maintain project timelines, ensuring that instructional design projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.
  • Conduct thorough reviews and quality checks of instructional content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and compliance with industry standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and best practices in instructional design, e-learning, and educational technology.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of learning materials and make continuous improvements based on feedback and data analysis.
  • Collaborate with the Learning and Development team to integrate new content into existing training programs and curricula.
  • Provide training and support to trainers and facilitators on the delivery of instructional materials and courses.
  • Assist in the implementation of learning management systems (LMS) and ensure seamless integration of instructional content into the platform.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Training, or a related field. A Master's degree will be a plus.
  • Proven experience as an Instructional Designer or similar role, with a portfolio of successful instructional design projects.
  • Proficiency in using instructional design software, e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate), and multimedia editing software.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles, learning theories, and instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM).
  • Ability to work collaboratively with SMEs and other stakeholders to gather information and translate complex concepts into engaging learning content.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Creative mindset and the ability to think outside the box to develop innovative learning solutions.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and experience in content integration.
  • Knowledge of data analytics and learning assessment methods to measure the effectiveness of instructional materials.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality, error-free content.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in designing and developing training for different delivery modes (e.g., in-person, virtual, blended).
  • Familiarity with the design of gamified learning experiences.
  • Knowledge of graphic design and visual communication principles.
  • Understanding of accessibility and universal design principles in e-learning.
