Responsibility
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), trainers, and stakeholders to identify training needs and learning objectives for different target audiences.
- Design and develop instructional materials, including but not limited to e-learning modules, training videos, interactive simulations, job aids, and assessments.
- Apply instructional design methodologies to create learner-centered content that aligns with established learning objectives and goals.
- Develop and design visually appealing and interactive learning materials that enhance engagement and knowledge retention.
- Utilize multimedia tools and technologies effectively to enrich the learning experience and cater to diverse learning styles.
- Create and maintain project timelines, ensuring that instructional design projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.
- Conduct thorough reviews and quality checks of instructional content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and compliance with industry standards.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and best practices in instructional design, e-learning, and educational technology.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of learning materials and make continuous improvements based on feedback and data analysis.
- Collaborate with the Learning and Development team to integrate new content into existing training programs and curricula.
- Provide training and support to trainers and facilitators on the delivery of instructional materials and courses.
- Assist in the implementation of learning management systems (LMS) and ensure seamless integration of instructional content into the platform.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Training, or a related field. A Master's degree will be a plus.
- Proven experience as an Instructional Designer or similar role, with a portfolio of successful instructional design projects.
- Proficiency in using instructional design software, e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate), and multimedia editing software.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles, learning theories, and instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM).
- Ability to work collaboratively with SMEs and other stakeholders to gather information and translate complex concepts into engaging learning content.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas clearly and concisely.
