The account manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong client relationships, managing projects from inception to completion and ensuring client satisfaction. The candidate should have a strong background in market research offline, communicational skills and proven track record of driving results.

Client Relationship Management:

  • βˆ™ Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • βˆ™ Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and requests.
  • βˆ™ Understand clients' business objectives and provide strategic insights and recommendations.
  • βˆ™ Regularly communicate with clients to provide project updates, deliverables, and address any issues or concerns.


Project Management:

  • βˆ™ Manage all aspects of research projects, including planning, execution, and analysis.
  • βˆ™ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet client expectations.
  • βˆ™ Monitor project progress and performance, and proactively identify and resolve any issues or obstacles.
  • βˆ™ Ensure quality control and accuracy of research findings and deliverables.


Business Development:

  • βˆ™ Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional services to existing clients.
  • βˆ™ Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • βˆ™ Prepare and present pricing proposals, pitches, and presentations to clients.


Team Collaboration:

  • βˆ™ Work closely with internal teams, including research analysts, project managers, and sales teams, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • βˆ™ Provide guidance and support to junior team members as needed.
  • βˆ™ Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.


Qualifications:

  • βˆ™ Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • βˆ™ Minimum of X years of experience in account management within the market research industry.
  • βˆ™ Strong understanding of market research methodologies, techniques, and best practices.
  • βˆ™ Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • βˆ™ Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships.
  • βˆ™ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • βˆ™ Proficiency in MS Office suite and familiarity with statistical analysis software (e.g., SPSS, SAS) is a plus.
  • βˆ™ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • βˆ™ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • βˆ™ Flexibility to travel as needed.
