Roles and Responsibilities:

Seeking an analyst relations member to increase Mindshare/Marketshare with major analysts in the industry. As the AR account lead, you will plan, create and execute a full stack of analyst activities alongside various service line and industry groups. This role allows you to fully showcase end-to-end initiatives, leveraging the resources across both LTIMindtree and our analyst partners. You will also work closely with our Global head of analyst relations to help drive strategy and vision for the organization.

Job Role:

Strategize:

Develop analyst and advisor plans to increase mindshare and marketshare with key partners such as ISG, Avasant.

Manage:

- Schedule regular analyst engagements, briefings, inquiries, meetings, and events.

- Coordinate activities with internal organizations to discuss, review, and respond to reports from analyst firms.

- Develop and maintain positive relationships with poc’s across the analyst companies

- Track credit spend/budgets with major analyst partners. Be responsible for planning spend monthly.

- Elevate LTIMindtree through awards and excellence program submissions.

Improve:

- For repeat reports, carry out research to identify areas of year on year improvement based on the strength/weakness mentioned in the previous year and highlight the same to the relevant teams.

- Gain knowledge of LTIMindtree service lines and industry groups in line with our partnership objectives


Qualifications/Experience/Skills:

• Ability to create and execute analyst/advisor relations strategies, related events, and tactical plans.

• Experience with program management in order to manage the survey submissions process.

• Familiarity with technology services, market positioning, and marketing strategies.

• Comfortable working in a matrix structure, with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders, subject matter experts, marketing, and leadership teams.

• Strong attention to detail and an ability to manage numerous deadline-driven projects simultaneously.

• Editing skills preferred and the ability to articulate complex concepts in writing.

• At least 3 years’ experience in program management.

• Ability to function with ambiguity and is a self-starter.

• Location preference Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Noida.
