Mission Department According to strategic orientations decided, managing projects related to supply chain transformation for Global ETO. Guaranteeing a continuous improvement of our guidelines in order to make transformations on suppliers and manufacturing Flows in the best way. Global ETO Deployment Supervisor Industrial Deployment VP Scope of action Multi-Countries · 65 Plants · 5/10 direct reports Activities 10 % 5 % 75 % 10 % Participating to the project transformation definition in connection with the LTIP Directors. Identifying resources to manage the projects after the DO Decision (with support or direct management). Managing the Project Managers in order to design Supply chain solution (industrial solutions, lay out, logistics flows...); to organize and achieve industrial transfers; to drive IT transformation, which could include IT migration; to coordinate social transformation (headcount adaptation, organization, skills management...). Insuring project is following transfer process (animate Steering committee, insure stage gate deliverables are fulfilled). Animating change management within sites (Insure alignment of information in work council or trade unions). Setting up project animation mode (Build and coordinate schedules, Realize SIM with key contributors). Managing risks (identify risks, make priorities, anticipate B plan...). Anticipating and Escalating in case of deviation; propose alternative solution to be set up (after steerco validation). Managing Project Quality Managers to define guidelines, rules, tools to guarantee a continuous improvement on our transformations. Providing support to the team (Project Managers). Realizing audits before and after transfer to define action plan needed before transfer. Degree Professional knowledge Master / Engineer degree Strategic thinking. Ability to build within an uncertain environment, ability to collaborate (building transverse principles of the company in international environment) & build a solid network. Experience Soft skills Manufacturing operations · Capability of handling multiple and conflicting priorities and effectively prioritize tasks in a fast-paced work environment. · Very good leadership, capability to inspire, motivate and lead various people in a transversal mode (Team builder, breaking silos mindset, encouraging collaboration between teams).
