Experience-8+ years Key Responsibilities: Solution Design: Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into effective SAP Transport Management solutions. Design transport strategies and processes to optimize system performance and minimize downtime. Implementation: Lead the implementation of SAP Transport Management solutions, including configuration, customization, testing, and deployment. Ensure adherence to best practices and standards throughout the implementation lifecycle. System Integration: Integrate SAP Transport Management with other relevant modules and external systems as per client needs. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data flow and interoperability. Troubleshooting and Support: Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to clients, addressing any issues or concerns related to transport management processes. Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions as necessary. Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation including functional specifications, technical designs, test plans, and user guides. Ensure documentation is up-to-date and readily accessible to stakeholders. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 8+ years of experience in SAP Transport Management with a focus on solution design and implementation. In-depth knowledge of SAP TM functionality, including configuration, master data setup, and process integration. Proficiency in SAP Transportation Management (TM) modules such as Order Management, Freight Planning, Carrier Selection, and Freight Settlement. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and propose effective solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams. Relevant SAP certifications would be a plus.
