The two main strengths we are looking for in a Brand Manager are organization and communication skills. In a world drowned out by advertising everywhere you look, a brand manager must think innovatively in order to direct and manage their team to deliver the best results to their client.

Daily contact with clients is a key part of the job, so offering new and forward-thinking ideas is essential to the productive communication process.

Key Skills:

  • 2+ years experience in communication/marketing/advertising agency, with branding experience
  • Comfortable working as part of a team
  • Strategic thinker with determination to succeed
  • Able to multi-task and prioritise workloads
  • Able to work quickly and accurately under pressure
  • Computer literate and confident with the use of Microsoft Office applications (word, excel), Keynote
  • Presentation skills
  • Build relationships with clients
  • Excellent command over English Language, written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be creative and have a great positive personality
  • Independent, self motivated
  • Dependable, trustworthy
  • Ability to work on tight deadlines

Education:

  • UG/PG – Any, preferred specialization in digital media / marketing
