We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead the planning, implementation, optimization, and reporting of performance marketing initiatives to help drive traffic and growth and maximize ROI across Paid Social channels for clients. As a Digital Marketer, you will be responsible for implementing strategies that can drive growth, scale campaigns, and improve overall marketing and sales efforts.


You will work closely with the Marketing, design, and Video team to run creative campaigns for clients and leverage social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google. You should also have knowledge on SEO and ORM.




●     Must be an expert in Social Media Ads and PPC campaigns, Google Ads, Performance Marketing

●     Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers

●     Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Twitter, Facebook etc.)

●     Launch optimized online adverts through Google Adwords, Facebook etc. to increase company and brand awareness

●     Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization etc.)

●     Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels

●     Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update website

●     Collaborate with designers to improve the user experience

●     Measure the performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.)

●     Acquire insight into online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date

●     Maintain partnerships with media agencies and vendors

●     Manage and prepare weekly and Monthly reports with the use of Google Analytics (G4 experience preferred) and Facebook Data Studio.

●     Prior experience of managing multiple ad accounts under Google MCC (Agency) and Facebook Business Manager.

●     Strong experience in analysing / preparing reach planner/ keyword planner / Search team & Auction Insights reports.

●     Strong execution experience of across ecommerce platforms such as Amazon (AMS) and Flipkart Ads.



Proven experience as Digital Marketing Executive or similar role

●     Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices

●     Experience with B2C social media, Google Adwords and email campaigns and SEO/SEM

●     Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)

●     Perfect knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, NetInsight, WebTrends etc.)

●     Analytical mindset and critical thinking

●     Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

●     BSc/BA in marketing or relevant field
