Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketer with 4-5 years of experience in the life sciences domain to join our client's dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in developing and executing digital marketing strategies tailored to target audience in the life sciences and biotech industries. Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital Strategy Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and target audience preferences.
  • Content Creation and Management: Create engaging and relevant content for digital platforms, including website, blogs, social media, and email campaigns, to attract and retain target audience attention.
  • SEO and SEM Optimization: Implement strategies to improve organic search ranking and manage PPC campaigns to increase website traffic, lead generation, and conversion rates.
  • Social Media Management: Manage and grow social media presence across relevant platforms, develop content calendars, and execute campaigns to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
  • Email Marketing Campaigns: Plan, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, promote product launches, and drive customer retention.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Monitor digital marketing performance metrics, conduct data analysis, and generate insightful reports to inform decision-making and optimize campaign effectiveness.
  • Website Management: Oversee website maintenance and optimization efforts, ensuring a seamless user experience, and implementing strategies to drive traffic and conversion.
  • Digital Advertising: Develop and manage digital advertising campaigns across various channels, including display, retargeting, and paid social, to reach target audiences and achieve campaign objectives.
  • Market Research and Competitive Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, conduct market research, and perform competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform digital marketing strategies.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Foster collaboration with internal teams, including sales, product management, and design, to ensure alignment and synergy across marketing initiatives.
  • Compliance and Regulatory Adherence: Ensure all digital marketing efforts comply with industry regulations and company policies, particularly in the highly regulated life sciences sector.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, or related field plus MBA would be preferred.
  • 4-5 years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably within the life sciences or biotech equipment manufacturing industry.
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing digital marketing strategies across multiple channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and digital advertising.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, derive actionable insights, and optimize campaign performance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and communicate complex concepts clearly and concisely.
  • Detail-oriented with strong project management and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance considerations in the life sciences industry is a plus.
