Role Summary:



We are seeking a highly experienced and passionate Digital Marketing leader to join our dynamic marketing team. As the ideal candidate, you should possess a deep understanding and enthusiasm for digital marketing, brand building, and content marketing. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a digital-first brand communication strategy. Working closely with various marketing teams, you will execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.


To excel in this role, you must be an enthusiastic, self-motivated, and flexible individual with exceptional leadership and collaboration skills. You should possess a unique blend of creative and strategic thinking, along with a keen attention to detail.

Managing shifting priorities and working effectively with cross-functional teams will be crucial. You should also possess the ability to influence stakeholders and deliver high-performing digital-first brand programs.


A process-oriented mindset and the ability to drive governance and adhere to best practices are essential. Experience in working with global stakeholders, CXOs, and culturally diverse teams is required.



Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement strategies for online presence and user experience across different platforms and regions.
  • Create and scale up digital-first brand campaigns (across paid, owned, and earned media) while being accountable for brand KPIs
  • Collaborate closely with the Brand and PR teams to manage online reputation
  • Provide leadership and collaborate with various marketing teams and internal stakeholders to create compelling brand stories and take them to market
  • Regularly report and review progress with leadership and marketing teams
  • Stay updated on best practices and industry trends in digital marketing, implementing them as needed to enhance campaign effectiveness and business impact. Recommend process improvements for more effective campaigns
  • Recruit and retain high-performing team members. Communicate, provide insights, and train teams on a regular basis
  • Manage relationships with agencies
  • Ensure compliance with brand, digital, privacy, and legal guidelines.



Requirements:


  • Minimum of 13 to 15 years' experience with a strong understanding of brand building, content marketing, and digital marketing (the complete mix of social, search, display, programmatic, influencers, brand collaborations, etc.)
  • Experience in developing and executing campaigns that drive brand affinity, preferably for B2C brands
  • Insights-driven with experience in consumer behavior research. Exposure to neuromarketing would be a plus
  • Ability to build and manage a network of agencies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate performance and make improvements
  • Ability to prioritize and make decisions in a rapidly changing environment
  • Organized, accurate and deadline-oriented. Ability to multi-task, work in high paced environment. Willingness to work unconventional hours as required to liaise with colleagues in other time zones
  • Solid knowledge of online platforms, adtech and marketing automation platforms, digital marketing tools and content management systems
  • Friendly personality and ability to build relationships across different time zones, geographies



Educational Qualifications:

  • MBA in marketing
