  • Position Title - Manager-Sales-Rural
  • Location –Bengaluru (Corporate Office) (Role will be accountable for Pan India).
  • Total Experience – 8 to 15 Years.
  • Qualification – MBA (Full Time Compulsory).
  • Reporting to the Sales Head.
  • Direct Reporting – 1
  • Languages Known- English /Hindi
  • Industry- FMCD (Small Appliances preferably)/FMCG/FMEG/Consumer Durables.


Key Responsibilities:-

  • Achieving the sales target for the rural market
  • Ensuring stock as per client-vendor plan requirements
  • Taking indents from vendors and ensuring the fill rate of purchase orders every month
  • Ensuring the management of huge volume demands from vendors by constantly coordinating and planning with the plant production manager
  • Managing the collection target and outstanding every month
  • Interacting with the service head and managers of PAN India for customer service in the rural market
  • Interacting with external agencies for artwork and marketing materials
  • Supporting the external auditors to complete reconciliation issues
  • Adding new accounts through business development initiatives
  • Identifying better forms of penetration directly into the rural market.


Remarks-

  • Experience in Rural Sales is compulsory.
  • Exposure to Aggregators and Microfinance is a must.
  • More Exposure to Regional Accounts is an added advantage.
  • Candidates who have handled a business of 50 Crs & above will be only considered.
  • Team Handling is a must.
  • Travel requirement as per business exigency.
  • Working Knowledge of SAP is preferred.
  • Good Working knowledge of Excel is compulsory.
  • Good Communication & Influencing Skills.
