Job Description: Community Manager About Justhuman: Based in India and the US, Justhuman is a thriving BPC brand, reaching our target audience through our website and dominant marketplaces like Amazon, Nykaa, and TIRA. In our effort to build the Justhuman family, we are looking for a brilliant Community Manager—to join our team and help us create a resonating Justhuman community of users, who are not just buyers, but brand advocates in their peer groups. What You Will Do: Build and Cultivate Justhuman Community: Develop and implement innovative strategies to build and grow the Justhuman community on Instagram from the ground up. Leverage your extensive network to connect with influencers, building an ecosystem of collaboration and endorsement. Engage with our community regularly, fostering a positive environment and encouraging active participation. Create and curate engaging content that resonates with our audience, reflecting the brand voice, tonality and ethos. Monitor, analyse, and report on community trends and feedback to align strategies with user expectations. Collaborate with marketing & PR teams to create cohesive campaigns. Organize and manage online events, AMAs, and other community interactions to boost brand loyalty and user engagement. Respond to comments, messages, and customer queries in a timely and empathetic manner. Stay updated with the latest social media trends and tools, ensuring Justhuman remains a frontrunner in community engagement. Content Creation and Management: Ideate, create and manage compelling user-generated content that resonates with our audience and amplifies our brand voice. Craft quality content, scripts, social media posts, and marketing copy that are not just read, but remembered. Influencer Engagement: Strategize and execute influencer campaigns, maintaining relationships that benefit both the brand and the influencers. Analyze, monitor and report on the effectiveness of influencer collaborations and adjust strategies as needed to maximize impact. Who You Are: You possess 6-8 years of experience in building and managing online communities, with a proven track record of scaling them from 0-1 and beyond. Natural storyteller, with Impeccable communication skills (written and verbal) Deep understanding of the social media landscape and what makes people click and engage. Comfortable in wearing multiple hats—creator, strategist, analyst, and community shepherd.
