Data Analyst

As a Data Analyst specializing in Power BI, your primary focus will be on using the Power BI platform to analyze and visualize data, providing valuable insights to stakeholders across the organization. You will work closely with various teams to understand their data requirements and develop interactive reports and dashboards that enable data-driven decision-making. Your expertise in Power BI will play a crucial role in transforming raw data into meaningful and actionable information.



Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Gathering and Preparation :

Collect and consolidate data from various sources, such as databases, spreadsheets, APIs, and cloud platforms, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.

Transform and cleanse data as needed, resolving any inconsistencies or errors to create a reliable dataset for analysis.


2. Power BI Development:

Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, ensuring data visualizations are clear, insightful, and aligned with business needs.

Create data models and relationships in Power BI to enable efficient data analysis and visualization.


3. Data Analysis and Insights:

Utilize Power BI's analytical capabilities to explore data, identify trends, patterns, and correlations, and extract actionable insights.

Conduct in-depth analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations to support business objectives.


4. Report Automation and Distribution:

Implement automation of reports and dashboards to streamline regular data updates and distribution processes.

Collaborate with stakeholders to schedule and deliver timely reports.


5. Data Quality and Governance:

Ensure data integrity and quality within Power BI reports, adhering to data governance policies and best practices.

Assist in defining data standards and guidelines to maintain consistency across reports.

Power BI reports and data models for improved performance and responsiveness.


Requirements:-


  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst with a strong focus on Power BI.
  • Proficiency in data visualization and dashboard development using Power BI
