Lead project execution of Purchasing Cost Optimization Projects for defined Commodities across multiple sites and within cross-functional teams. Those projects include Design Change, Resourcing or Make/Buy. Maximize fiscal savings to be achieved as well as realization of resourcing projects as part of Supply Base Optimization strategy. Your Impact Drive execution of Purchasing Cost Reduction Projects, in particular Resourcing, Design Change and Make or Buy Concrete tasks are: Idea tracking, project tracking, business case validation, initiate technical review with suppliers, ensure ordering and approval of sample parts, phase-in-phase-out planning, financial validation Support generating new cost reduction ideas or drive idea validation process Work closely with stakeholders as Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing and Purchasing, facilitate regular meetings and document progress Scope of work is EME Region for defined commodity or commodities Your Experience and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a Business or related disciplines (ie.
