About the Role: A solution-oriented procurement manager who can formulate and drive practical approach towards all sourcing, purchasing and vendor management activities, so as to ensure value for money is maximised and cost savings generated. Responsibilities: Purchase Sourcing the purchase requirements in cost effective manner locally and globally Vendor management in multi countries including identification, evaluation, onboarding, maintaining, negotiating, service agreements, reconciliations for invoices. Ensure 100% purchase orders. Ensure smooth and cost-efficient logistics. Ensuring quality deliveries Inventory Defining and maintaining inventory levels and lead times based on the forecast. Negotiate terms to match the payment credit terms with the project inflows. Managing and ensuring uptime of sim cards Day to day management of software licenses Compliance Ensure 100% adherence to procurement policies. Ensure 100% compliances and documentation for material movement. Ensure tax compliances from vendors including VAT/GST credits. Audits related to purchase and inventory. Reporting Purchase, Inventory related reports. Others Systems related work as may be required. Skillset & Basic Requirements: Team collaborator for the business and work independently to achieve targets. A good negotiator Strong communication & interpersonal skills to manage internal & external relationships. Managing vendors across different geographies Work Experience/ Qualifications Experience: 5 years+ in procurement and inventory management preferably in Engineering, FM and technology AI driven companies.
