KAM - Corporate Salary - Leading Private Bank

<p><strong>Job Role</strong></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif;">Manages a set of 5-6 Account managers</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif;">Operates as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to employees of corporates mapped</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif;">Develops trust relationships with a portfolio of Key corporates assigned to him to ensure they do not turn to competition</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif;">Acquire new Corporate relationships and open Salary Accounts of their employees</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif;">Expected to expand the relationship with existing customers with engagement activities /cross sell solutions</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif;">Ensuring salary credits in all salary accounts sourced.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif;">Meeting daily, monthly sales targets for salary accounts and cross sell products</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif;">Adhere to KYC guidelines and Bank process' as laid down from time to time</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif;">Ensuring strict adherence to service and quality benchmarks as prescribed by the Bank</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif;"><em><strong>Job Requirement</strong></em></span></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif;">Strong Business Acumen and Aggression for Corporate Sales with focus on Service.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif;">Self-starter and energetic individual</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif;">Sales focus in achieving defined targets</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif;">Good communication and problem-solving skills</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif;">Candidate should be confident & and a team player</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif;">Adhere to KYC, service quality and audit norms laid down as per Bank policy</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif;">Graduate with 5-7 years of relevant experience (in Corporate/Institutional Sales preferred).</span></li> </ul>
