Job description Role Overview: This position is at the helm of the India Center of Excellence, focusing on a range of critical areas including talent management, succession planning, employee engagement, leadership development, change management, organizational culture, and continuous learning with a special emphasis on inclusion and diversity. The role involves extensive collaboration and consultation with company leaders, HR partners, and employees across the organization to develop, implement, sustain, and enhance enterprise-wide programs that address both current and future organizational needs. Preferred : OD Certified Candidate Qualifications: Masters Degree in Business, Psychology, Organization Development/Leadership, HR, or a related field. Additional certifications in Instructional Design, Organizational Development, Assessment and Development Centers, Appreciative Inquiry, Competency Frameworks, Coaching, Facilitation, DiSC Assessment, Human Interaction Labs, etc., will be beneficial. 8-10 years of experience in a learning and organizational development environment. Proven experience in designing enterprise-wide talent development programs. Strong background in Change Management, Organizational Development consulting, Facilitation, Coaching, Learning Strategies, and Process Improvement in medium to large complex organizations. Demonstrated ability in measuring the impact of talent management initiatives. Key Success Factors: Knowledge: Expertise in Leadership Development, Learning Diagnostics and Design. Proficient in Instructional Design and Content Development using Adult Learning Principles and Blended Learning methods. Familiarity with Organizational Development Processes, Assessment and Development Centers, Psychometrics, Competency Frameworks, Talent Management, and current trends in Talent and OD. Operational knowledge of Learning and Organizational Development Management. Skills: Ability to align learning strategies with business objectives. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in Stakeholder Management. Collaborative approach, capable of working closely with Business Leaders and other key stakeholders. Strong facilitation skills. Initiative and ability to work in a multi-cultural, multinational environment. Experience in managing global stakeholders and learning agility. Abilities: Creative problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Deep listening skills and a customer-centric approach. Ability to lead a team effectively. Aptitude for anticipating and responding to business challenges with innovative solutions. Skill in gaining consensus and building alignment among stakeholders.
