Job Title: HORECA (Hotel/Restaurant/Cafe) Manager Location : Thane (Maharashtra) Experience : Minimum 3 years in the HORECA industry Job Description : We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HORECA Manager to oversee our operations in the hospitality sector. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of the HORECA industry in India, along with proven managerial skills to effectively lead our team and ensure exceptional customer service. Responsibilities : Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day operations of the HORECA establishment, ensuring smooth functioning of all departments. Implement and maintain operational standards to meet and exceed customer expectations. Manage inventory levels and ensure adequate stock of supplies at all times. Monitor and analyze sales and financial performance, implementing strategies for improvement where necessary. Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and supervise staff members, fostering a positive work environment. Schedule shifts and allocate responsibilities effectively to ensure optimal staffing levels. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback for professional development. Customer Service : Uphold high standards of customer service, addressing any issues or complaints promptly and effectively. Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Stay updated with industry trends and customer preferences to continually improve service offerings. Business Development : Identify opportunities for business growth and expansion within the HORECA sector. Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners, negotiating contracts and agreements as required. Conduct meetings with potential clients, showcasing our offerings and understanding their needs. Lead negotiations and close deals to secure contracts for our services. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns and drive sales. Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and hygiene regulations. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the establishment. Keep abreast of regulatory changes and update policies and procedures accordingly. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the HORECA industry in India. HORECA Sales experience will be advantage. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Sound knowledge of hospitality operations, including food and beverage management, inventory control, and budgeting. Familiarity with industry software and systems (e.g., POS systems, inventory management software). Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as per business requirements.
