About the opportunity Role: Talent Acquisition Specialist Location: Gurgaon About the Function: The Human Resources function encompasses a wide range of responsibilities and activities related to managing and supporting an organization's workforce. The primary aim of the function is to ensure that an organization's employees are effectively recruited, managed, developed, and retained to achieve the organization's goals and objectives. Our HR function is divided into Centers of Excellence (COEs) and HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to better serve the needs of the business. COEs are specialized units within the HR function that focus on specific areas of HR including but not limited to areas like Org effectiveness, Talent Acquisition, Diversity & Inclusion, HR Operations to name a few. HR Business Partners on the other hand act as strategic partners, aligning HR strategies and practices with the goals and needs of the business. About the Role: As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you are the first point of contact for top talent, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience and identifying individuals who align with our organizational culture and values. Your role is pivotal in shaping our team's success by attracting and hiring the best talent to drive our mission forward. What will you be doing: Sourcing and Attracting Talent: Utilize various channels to identify and attract top talent that aligns with the organization's needs and culture. Candidate Engagement and Experience: Provide a positive and engaging experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding. Screening and Assessments: Conduct thorough screening, assessments, and interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and align recruitment strategies with business goals. Talent Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs, ensuring a steady flow of qualified candidates. Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize HR analytics and insights to inform decision-making, measure HR effectiveness, and drive continuous improvement in TA processes and practices. Qualification & Experience: A post graduate degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience) from a reputed institute. 6+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a Talent Acquisition Role Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Attributes: Strong Communication Skills: Ability to effectively engage with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders through clear and persuasive communication. Attention to Detail: Thoroughness in screening and assessing candidates to ensure quality hires and a positive candidate experience. Adaptability and Resourcefulness: Capacity to adapt to changing priorities and utilize various sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent. Relationship Building: Skill in building relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders, fostering trust and collaboration throughout the recruitment process.
