We are looking for aspiring professionals who would have proven experience in handling risk audits along with leading a team of internal auditors, policy formulation, etc.

Position Summary:

  • Develops risk management policies and procedures.
  • Contributes to organizational risk management strategies and oversees the implementation.
  • Manages and advises on improvements to risk management practices and associated changes; liaises with internal & external stakeholders.
  • Manages and advises on the implementation of risk management processes and procedures and champions its importance.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and Implement Risk Management Framework (strategic)

  • Establish and lead the creation of a comprehensive risk management framework, policies, and procedures tailored to the company's strategic goals.
  • Identify key risk indicators and implement effective monitoring systems.
  • Conduct regular evaluations to ensure the risk management framework is suitable and effective

Risk Identification and Assessment (operational)

  • Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential threats to the organization's operations, financial health, and reputation.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand specific risks and develop appropriate mitigation strategies.

Risk Mitigation and Control (operational)

  • Design and implement risk mitigation strategies, including contingency planning and crisis management.
  • Ensure the organization complies with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to risk management.

Risk Reporting and Communication (business reporting)

  • Prepare and present risk reports to senior management and the board of directors, highlighting key risks and recommended actions.
  • Foster a risk-aware culture by promoting risk awareness and providing training to employees at all levels.

Continuous Improvement (strategic)

  • Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging risks to keep the risk management framework current and effective.
  • Lead initiatives to improve risk management practices and enhance the organization's resilience.

Team Leadership and Development (people management)

  • Build and lead a high-performing risk management team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
  • Foster a collaborative and proactive risk management environment across the organization.

Required Skills and Qualification:

  • Any Post Graduate with proven experience in risk managements and risk audits.
  • Knowledge of risk management framework, policies and processes.
  • Understanding of construction, EPC industry
  • Understanding of financial and cyber risk scenarios.
  • Understanding of Construction industry related regulations.
