Deputy General Manager - Planning

Assist in developing the organization's strategic plan, including short-term and long-term goals, objectives, and action plans. Oversee the planning and execution of strategic projects and initiatives, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Coordinate with project teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, and establish clear milestones and timelines. Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project success and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively. Develop and maintain performance measurement frameworks to track progress against strategic goals and objectives. Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management and key stakeholders, highlighting key performance indicators, trends, and insights. Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including executives, department heads, clients, and partners.
