For more information, visit us at www.comviva.com Role description: HR Business Partner is one of the important and diverse roles in our HR team and is expected to help co-lead the people journey in Comviva. The role is especially suited for young leaders who have shown early signs /abilities to take charge and drive change from people excellence and culture perspective. The incumbent is expected to build trust and partnership with business and HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) and will be required to operate in multiple matrix relationships, while maintaining direct accountability on the people agenda. Ensure Business and HR domain alignment with COE-HR Team Work together with other HR Business partners in proactively & holistically addressing issues of org level impact Drive critical, high impact projects at org/unit level from time to time Identify areas of automation to better efficiency at team level The ideal candidate would have: 5-7 yrs experience as a value-adding HR business partner, focussed on customer delight & employee value creation Good interpersonal skills, ability to collaborate & solutionise even in complex, ambiguous situations Experience in senior stakeholder management Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, challenging environment with minimal supervision Analytical mindset, Hands on expertise w.r.t Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Powerpoint etc. Empathetic, adaptable, and a good team player with a hunger for continuous learning Locations on offer: Gurgaon/Bengaluru
