Business development manager IT recruitment

We want to place trained professional who are master in sAFE - Agile way of IT development. We provide all types of resources to companies involved in practicing sAFE- Agile methodology of development. Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Manager - IT Recruitment. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to identify and engage with potential clients in the IT industry. They will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs, and providing them with qualified IT candidates. The Business Development Manager will work closely with the recruitment team to source and screen candidates, and ensure a smooth recruitment process. Qualifications Prior experience in business development or sales in the IT recruitment industry Deep understanding of the IT industry and the recruitment process Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools Bachelor's degree in business or a related field We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company. Salary - Rs 500000 per year on top of that we will provide 20% profit share to our BDM , Profit share's estimated range is $40,000 to $80,000
