Welcome to the relentless pursuit of better.Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager – Import supplier compliance, Analytics (Retail)Responsible for overseeing the compliance of imported goods with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.Responsibilities• Create and transmit accurate documentation to governmental agencies for import activities.• Assist compliance department in performing internal audits of processes and systems to facilitate importation and exportation of products.• Coordinate company product shipments and international transactions to eliminate freight delays.• Coordinate shipments of products from country of origin to destination by both air and land transport.• Prepare and process import and export documentation according to customs regulations, laws, or procedures.• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Client customs regulations and international trade laws.• Conduct detailed analysis of identified compliance mandates/changes/concerns and led or provided direction with the implementation of resolutions for production problems/questions.• Analyzing & optimizing the Daily task reports and preparing weekly reports for the business team.• Owning business and team goals and driving team/process improvements to achieve them by any CI methodologyQualifications we seek in you!Minimum Qualifications• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Degree/Bachelor's degree/Retail/Operations Management/Supply chain Management• Prior retail Operations domain experience.• Supply chain management tools, Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Tableau, Power BI• Retail or any other industry specific Supply chain Operations tools.Preferred Qualifications/ Skills• Compliance Protocols• Regulatory Understanding• Customs compliance and regulations• Transportation management systems• Harmonized Tariff Classifications• TSA compliance and regulations
