Salesforce Technical Architect Responsibilities Mandatory Skills: o Salesforce Connectors and Integrations, Apex, Omni studio (IP's, Data Raptors, Omni scripts, Calculation Matrix, Calculation Procedures), LWC, SOQL o Data modeling o Sales Cloud, Communication Cloud o Systems analysis and design o Ability to technically lead complex projects throughout the complete IT lifecycle (Analysis, Architecture, Design, Build, Test & Production) o Experience guiding developers using Salesforce Industries best practices. o The ability to take accountability for team deliverables and ensure that Sprint objectives are met, including conducting a successful sprint show and tell o You will have a proven track record of successful delivery of customer projects, preferably enterprise CRM implementations o Evaluating the long-term impact of implementing capabilities, including conflicts, limitations, and impact on operations, roadmaps, or upgrades. o You’ll have excellent communication skills to communicate with customers, partners, and internal team members Salesforce Core o Build Salesforce solutions on Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Communities, Force.com, Einstein and Tableau o Develop end to end Salesforce solutions using Configuration and Customization - APEX Class, Triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning components etc., o Automate business processes using Salesforce automation tools, such as Process Builder, Workflows, Formulas, Flow, Assignment Rules and email Alerts o Build integrations between Salesforce and external applications using REST, SOAP APIs, oAuth and Single Sign-On. o Migrate changes from development to test to production environment(s) using CI technologies like Salesforce DX, Jenkins and ANT o Perform data updates / migration using Data Loader and other similar tools o Adhere to defined coding standards and develop well-structured, maintainable, and easy to understand code. o Strong Salesforce customization and configuration experience in 1 or more of the following: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Community Cloud o Hands-on experience developing, configuring, and customizing Salesforce using Apex, Visualforce, Triggers, Scheduled and Batch classes etc. o Development experience in UI technologies like Bootstrap, Lightning Design System (LDS), Lightning Components Development, AngularJS, jQuery o Proven integration experience using integration techniques - REST, SOAP APIs, oAuth and Single Sign-On o Experience migrating Salesforce Classic features to Lightning Experience, including converting Visualforce pages to lightning components and / or using Lightning Design System with Visualforce pages o Knowledge of Product Development Lifecycle and DevOps Tools like GIT, Jenkins, JIRA etc. o A thorough understanding of Salesforce Deployment Process and tools like ANT, Change Sets and Force.com IDE Experience, Education and Certifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, related IT discipline; or equivalent. 8 to 15 Years Salesforce Experience with strong hands on experience in Salesforce Platform o 10+ years' IT and 7+ years' Salesforce project development experience o Has delivered at least 10 full Salesforce projects for different customers o Has 8 plus salesforce certifications including one of the architect Certifications and PD2 o Has experience managing projects in a lead capacity and has lead a team of 10-15 folks for at least 5 plus year
