Job Roles: - 1.Work with clients leading marketing & customer roles at Fortune 100 Retailers 2.Work closely with stakeholders across the organization to gather requirements and understand the underlying business problems. Serve as the bridge between business needs and analytical solutions. 3.Leverage your expertise in retail data, including POS, Customer Data, Click Stream (Digital), Marketing, and Promotions Data, to provide effective solutions. 4.Utilize advanced analytics and machine learning techniques such as segmentation/clustering, recommendation engines, propensity models to drive growth throughout the customer lifecycle. 5.Developing dashboards for insights on sales, customer trends, and supply chain performance. 6.Lead and mentor a team of data scientists and data engineers, fostering innovation and excellence. Must-Have Skills: 1. 6-13 years of professional experience in Analytics, showcasing demonstrated expertise in retail, marketing, and customer analytics projects. 2. Experience in marketing analytics, evaluating campaign effectiveness, test and learn, AB testing. 3. Demonstrated capability in machine learning domains such as regression, classification, 4. Hands on experience in building customer segments, Propensity Models, CLTV Models, Recommender system etc. 5. Advanced programming skills in SQL, Python, and PySpark, capable of guiding teams. 6. Knowledge of data visualization tools like Tableau and PowerBI to craft insightful visual reports and dashboards. 7. Exceptional problem-solving, organizational, and project management capabilities to navigate complex projects effectively. 8. Effective communication skills, adept at presenting complex insights to stakeholders in a clear and impactful manner. 9. Experience in leading a 3-4 members team of Business Analyst and Data Scientists on analytical projects 10. A strong focus on planning and leading multiple projects simultaneously and on delivering customer insights and recommendations; 3+ years of team management
