Experience - 1-5 years of education/academic counselling experience in EDTECH

( Strong JEE/NEET knowledge required )


Location - Pune Pimpri

Salary upto 4.5lpa


QUALIFICATION:

● Proven experience in sales, preferably in the Ed Tech industry.

● Any Bachelor's degree

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.

● Ability to understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.

● Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in using technology for sales-related activities will be a plus.

● Highly motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented individual.

● Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively with a team. ● Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

● Fluency in English, Hindi, and local language (both written and spoken)


RESPONSIBILITIES:

● Engage with prospective students and their parents to understand their educational goals, challenges, and requirements.

● Provide detailed information about our products and services, explaining how they can meet the needs of potential learners.

● Effectively communicate the value proposition of our offerings, emphasizing the benefits of our platform and its features.

● Address customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide appropriate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.

● Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations, showcasing the features and benefits of our Ed Tech solutions.

● Follow up with leads and prospects via phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to nurture relationships and convert them into customers.

● Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, learner/parent interactions, and prospect information using our CRM system.

● Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.

● Stay updated on industry trends, competitors' offerings, and market dynamics to provide insights and recommendations for sales strategies and product enhancements.
