Be a part of this team that collaborates very closely, to do impactful work in the digital space for some of the best brands in the marketing/advertising world.” Experience: 3- 6 years Responsibilities: Operational Management: Manage day-to-day operations, including inter-departmental coordination and intra-departmental collaboration. Finalize work by gathering feedback, decoding client input, and ensuring attention to detail in all aspects of project execution. Conduct market visits to stay informed about industry trends and competitive knowledge. Campaign Process Knowledge: Possess comprehensive knowledge of the entire process from presenting a campaign concept to its final execution. Ensure seamless coordination between teams to meet project milestones and client expectations. Information Sharing: Regularly share market intelligence, industry news, and insights that impact the brand with the team. Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team awareness and understanding. Product Differentiation: Understand the product differentiation of the brand in comparison to competitors. Stay updated on market trends and customer preferences to inform strategic decision-making. Financial Management: Manage Unapproved Estimates, Approved Estimates, Invoicing, and outstanding financial aspects for client projects. Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and documentation. Administrative Tasks: Oversee all administrative tasks for the brand team, including arranging and attending meetings. Maintain organized records and documentation related to brand operations. Brief Writing: Learn and understand the process of writing briefs. Start writing basic briefs under guidance and progressively take on more responsibilities in this area. Client Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, portraying reliability, attentiveness, and knowledge. Act as a dependable and active team player in client interactions. Qualifications: Previous experience in brand operations or related roles within a digital agency. Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail. Familiarity with financial management processes, including estimates, invoicing, and budget tracking. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proactive attitude and willingness to take on new responsibilities. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a dynamic work environment. Basic understanding of marketing and brand strategy.
