Learn more at: https://www.https://www.gyproc.in/ Job Purpose :The Job Role of a concept development manager is to focus on Health care market developmental activities, research & development and project intervention. Additional responsibilities will include involvement in developing end user accounts and acousticians along with robust marketing activities for the business. Principal Accountabilities: Responsible for adopting a pull market strategy by providing knowledge on new dimension in to the Healthcare segments. Responsible for creating awareness for Ecophon business in the market as a new age acoustic ceilings solution. Understand different healthcare standards & understand relevance Identify new opportunities in the Heath & Hygiene segments for conversion & different ways of identified business opportunities. Involved in customer initiatives & technical engagement (for selected accounts). Extracting delivery, and process setting up. Gather information from market on competition activity & market mapping. Gather competition information, analysis & steps for market share upgrade. Responsible for Concept Development Meetings (architects/ end users /PMCs) Perform Out bound Presentations to Key Accounts and large format seminars. Participate in Healthcare expo and conclaves, showcase Gyproc Ceilings Exploring common forums where Ecophon business can be discussed as an innovative Acoustic solution. Prepare and conduct presentations at architectural College. Actively influence/ engage acousticians for value and volume generation. Responsible for PMC Account Development. Participate in local case studies development (in-house/ through liaising with SGRI) Responsible for providing acoustic solutions to projects Responsible for brand awareness via social media and other PR/ Media activities/ Direct mailers Development of practical new marketing tools and implementation further. Focus and monthly usage of Ecophon prescribed media of Twitter, FB, YouTube and LinkedIn Key Performance Indicators: Development Development Accounts Development & Development/ Project Intervention Promotional activities Job Knowledge/Work Experience (Preferred): sales and specification management with focus on acoustics and sound engineering. knowledge on subjects such as engineering drawings, project management, sustainability. Education (Preferred Degree): Graduate (BSc, BE) / preferably a MBA degree holder
