Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Engagement Executive located in Chennai. The Customer Engagement Executive will be responsible for ;

  • Actively communicating and engaging with Customers
  • Happy to engage with Children
  • Engage in social media
  • Draft mails and messages
  • Ensure in time delivery of mails and messages in any communication angle


Qualifications

  • Customer Engagement& Customer Satisfaction
  • Sales and Consulting skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Experience in the disability support sector is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
