Objectives of the Position The KAM role will be responsible for handling key strategic – 4-wheeler account. The role will support in Topline growth along with increasing profitability and share of business, in line with ECO strategy of #Outplay. Main Areas of Responsibilities and Key Activities Planning, development and implementation of market & customer plans, and business concepts as well as product- and service portfolios for the accounts in accordance with the strategic targets of the company. Responsible for forecasting and projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products. Drive the profitable growth of the account by. Defining and implementing the operative pricing policy (in accordance with the regional pricing policy) and sales planning Active negotiation of prices and terms with customers Monitoring inventories Managing receivables Coating Excellence Measures Implement Sales efficiency Measures. Development and maintenance of contract databases preparation of reports, protocols, and action plans. Understand the competitive landscape and market trends and effectively communicate the company's value proposition, technological process. Collaborate with Technical Project (TPM)/Technical Service team for successful launches of new products. Close collaboration with marketing function for product layer/account strategy and expanding share of business. Usage of Customer engagement tools- e.g. NPS for enhanced customer experience. Maintain direct contact with customers’ key personnel, understanding of their requirements and implementation of those within the organization at internal interfaces (e.g. Tech. Development, Supply Chain). Product trials and troubleshooting at customer end. Lead and develop employees (according to BASF guidelines, support of employees in personal development and qualification) Job Skills: 1. To collaborate and bring success 2.
