We are looking for a qualified Customer Support Executive who will offer excellent customer service. To be successful as a customer support executive, you should display excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Responsibilities: Resolving customer complaints & queries brought to your attention under a specific timeline . Manage and drive sales team target and performance. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication. Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives. Candidate should have good communication skills and should be comfortable in speaking with customer and replying to customer in English. Candidate should have good typing speed and basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. Requirements: A bachelor’s degree in administration or a related field. A minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in outbound chat process. Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills. Should have Computer skills, MS Office.
