This pivotal role is for their GCC with offices in India, offers a dynamic opportunity to drive HR strategies in alignment with our business objectives while spearheading initiatives to promote diversity and inclusion throughout the organization. Collaborating closely with stakeholders, you will play a key role in fostering an inclusive workplace environment. Some of the key responsibilities will include: as a subject matter expert in HR, change enablement, talent management, and DEI domains. and improve HR transformation priorities and DEI agenda in alignment with enterprise HR leadership. enterprise HR transformation projects/programs and drive key HR initiatives. vision into action, maintain positive relationships, and deliver results. strategic vision and prioritize work according to strategic goals. innovation and new technologies while maintaining operational excellence. business partnership to Business Leaders updated on industry trends and statutory labor laws. the company in DEI forums internally and externally. the DEI agenda and build awareness across the organization. To be eligible for this role you will require: Management experience is beneficial. of 20 years of professional experience. least 15 years in leadership roles in Human Resource and DEI. with U.S companies/clients is a plus. provider mix experience preferred. with financial services – BFSI sector. Reports: 1-2 directs. Option: Hybrid, 3 days in-office with flexible work hours.
