Responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee the social media calendar (paid and organic) across all Global Nurse Force channels including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, and Google Ads.
  • Craft storyboards or outlines to conceptualize video content, ensuring smooth flow and effective communication of key messages and visuals.
  • Present ideas and concepts confidently on camera, utilizing engaging visuals, clear language, and compelling delivery.
  • Write, edit, and publish captivating content tailored for various social networks.
  • Optimize social media posts, including language, tone, and message, based on our target audience's behavior.
  • Implement advertising strategies to enhance brand visibility, such as promotions and competitions.
  • Generate long-form content for website landing pages to support paid advertisements.
  • Monitor and report on social media insights, including traffic, engagement, shares, and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create advertising posts across all channels, including Google Ads, for initiatives like face-to-face interviews, visa services, and training.
  • Liaise with the design team to develop supporting videos and images for text-based content, and if necessary, independently create visual assets.


Qualifications:


  • Demonstrated experience as a Social Media Content Creator, social media copywriter, or similar role.
  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in social media content writing, editing, and optimization.
  • Proficiency in delivering visual content formats, including static posts, reels, and videos.
  • Familiarity with CMS systems such as WordPress and analytical tools like Google Analytics, Meta, and LinkedIn Business Manager.
  • Strong grasp of SEO principles, keyword research, content optimization techniques, and paid advertising strategies.
  • Proficient in utilizing various social media platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Bachelor's degree in communication, journalism, or a related field.
