Role: We are seeking a dynamic content expert who would help us build, define and amplify the Cashfree Payments’ narrative as a fintech that’s redefining the Indian digital payments infrastructure in India. This role will need excellent storytelling and research based writing skills. Our PR & Corp Comm team’s focus is to build brand visibility and establish thought leadership in the fintech/startup sector across channels. This team works across functions, partnering closely with product, product marketing, engineering, marketing to name a few. We are looking for someone who understands the evolving nature of content, is creative and has a strong grip on written communication.
What You'll Do :
● Identify and work on people and culture pieces
● Collaborate with the product marketing, product and engineering teams to understand the range of product and services and how we can extract stories out of it.
● Work closely with HR team for any internal comms requirements
● Build narratives that will specifically contribute towards shaping and building a positive perception about the working experience at Cashfree Payments
● Identify ways to amplify the engineering and tech culture at Cashfree Payments through impactful content across channels
● Research latest trends in tech and culture storytelling across channels.
What Makes You A Great Fit:
● Relevant experience in content with 3-4 years of experience
● Experience working in start-up, technology sector
● Experience in writing for culture pieces and brand/marketing comms
