The position holder is responsible for assisting the Chief Marketing Officer and Manager- Internal Communications and Social Media in the delivery of Employee Communications and Employer Branding


Responsibilities: Integrated Communications


Key Result Areas:

-Internal Communications:

  • Execution of employee communication plan to enhance employee engagement & bolster employer branding
  • Innovative approaches to engage employees located in circle offices besides corporate office
  • Executing senior leadership communications
  • Knowledge of new technologies and trends for employee communications (preferred)

-Social Media for Airtel Business:

  • Liaising with the digital agency to execute the Social Media content calendar
  • Proactively identify diverse Social Media opportunities to highlight employee stories while ensuring brand compliance and correctness

-Event Management:

  • Capable of planning and executing employee events of small and large scale involving key stakeholders
  • Is cost efficient
  • Understands unique business requirements and supports initiatives within the overall organizational policies and processes

Experience Minimum: 1 year in Content Writing, Internal Communications, Social Media Qualification: Graduate with major in English/Journalism, Diploma in Mass Communication
