Consultant – Strategy Consulting

Preferred location – Mumbai, Pune As an experienced Consultant in this strategic consulting role, your responsibilities are integral to the success of the team and the firm. The consultant should have been involved in formulating and/or executing demand assessment, product strategies, field force effectiveness, strategic sourcing, cost optimization, benchmarking, strategic planning, program management across industries. As a consultant, you will be required to travel to execute projects. Key Responsibilities: 1. Define engagement objectives, scope, and work plans. Part of multiple project teams and workstreams. 2. Gather, analyze, and interpret both quantitative and qualitative data to develop strategic recommendations for clients. 3. Conduct strategic, operational, and financial analyses to provide practical recommendations to clients. 4. Develop and synthesize various solutions to address specific client requirements, and report on outputs. 5.Collaborate effectively with team members to identify trends, draw conclusions, and create recommendations based on data and analyses. 6. Create client-ready presentations and deliver compelling business presentations. 7. Design deliverables that align with the engagement's objectives and improve the quality of deliverables. 8. Play a key role in driving the implementation of recommendations made to clients. 9. Build and maintain strong working relationships with both project and client teams Experience and Core Skills: 2+ years of experience preferably in consulting Good understanding of various business functions Strong written and verbal communication skills Good analytical skills Logical structuring and a structured approach to problem-solving. Qualifications: o MBA/ Master's degree (preferably an MBA) and o Mechanical Engineering
