Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced individual to join our team in a dynamic role that involves system administration, server management, and incident/change management. The position is available in Pune and requires a minimum of 8 years of experience.
Responsibilities:
- Manage SQL Server basic operations, including Agent jobs, SSIS, and SSRS.
- Strong Hands on experience in SQL query writing
- Utilize Linux/Unix commands, Putty, and PowerShell for system administration tasks.
- Oversee server management tasks, including Task Scheduler, Windows Services, and IIS.
- Handle ServiceNow for incident and change management processes.
- Monitor and analyze logs using tools such as Splunk, Event Viewer, and system logs.
- Basic knowledge of .NET, including C#, exe, and dll.
- Adhere to shift rotation work schedules to support 24/7 operations.
- Coordinate CICD processes and contribute to DR activities and DB refresh activities.
- Assist in release coordination work and utilize ticketing tools such as Issue Track and Jira.
- Familiarity with capital management processes is advantageous.
Technical Skills:
