Job Description: Lead a team of developers and analysts to reach project, development and support goals Responsible for Architecture, Design, configure, and implement integration solutions between SAP IBP and other systems/applications including SAP S/4 Hana & non-SAP ERP systems. Act as a mentor to less experienced teammates Offer application specific experience and knowledge to solve problems, Troubleshoot and resolve SAP CPI & related integration issues to ensure smooth data flow and system interoperability. Serve as an escalation point for your team, users, and project leads. Troubleshoot and resolve SAP CPI & related integration issues to ensure smooth data flow and system interoperability. Work with users and other stakeholders to drive new and innovative solutions to problems Measure report, and be accountable for team performance Troubleshoot and resolve SAP CPI & related integration issues to ensure smooth data flow and system interoperability. Effectively uses ITIL methodology in performing all tasks. Meets with decision makers, systems owners, and end users to define business requirements and systems goals, and identify and resolve business systems issues. Coordinate the implementation of changes including working with vendors, consulting with other IT departments, and communicating with management Stay updated on the latest SAP IBP and integration technologies, trends, and best practices, and provide recommendations for process improvements SUPPLEMENTAL JOB FUNCTIONS: as a Tier 3/ 4 escalation point for support issues Qualifications EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Proven work experience as a Senior Integration Analyst, Consultant, Developer or similar role specifically within the SAP IBP Proven experience leading & managing a technical team. Experience with SAP Cloud integration suite, CPI, SDI is desirable. Knowledge of SAP IBP modules, functionalities, and integration methodologies. 7-10 years of experience with inventory management applications (familiarity SAP, BlueYonder, JDA, or Red Priarie experience required) Understanding of SQL Efficient communication skills Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or related discipline is required. Experience within a manufacturing/distribution environment preferred High energy, self-motivated team player with strong interpersonal skills Ability to work with diverse remote teams, managing through a matrix structure, and will require strong analytical skills, process & project management, combined with well-developed team leadership and influencing skills. Agile methodology experience preferred. Proven analytical, problem-solving and process management skills Demonstrated tendency to challenge the status quo and drive constant improvement in process and ability to achieve organizational goals.
