The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.

Business Development Executive/ Manager should be an active listener, have a compelling sales personality, and a hunger to chase and close new business from cold calls and inbound warm leads.

Responsibilities:

  • Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
  • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
  • Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
  • Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
  • Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
  • Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
  • Undertake cold calling, Schedule and attend client meetings, ensuring that number of meetings meets targets as set by management
  • Ensuring 100% familiarity on the Wings Credentials
  • Actively and successfully manage the sales process: lead generation; credentials pitch; asking questions; solution pitch; negotiation; close; handover to the account management team. 
  • Developing proposals for clients

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree 3+ years in sales industry
  • Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • CRM experience is preferred
  • Must be from a Event Management or Branding industry background or have experience of 1+ yrs in same industry
