EVERYDAY HUSTLE


Coordinate with clients and thoroughly understand their communication requirements


Prepare and present well-structured creative briefs for Copy & Design teams


Have a good understanding of Branding & Marketing concepts


Manage client account finances (monthly billing and collections)


Contribute to development and evaluation of marketing communication, plans tactics and creative ideas


Be the interface between the client and all the internal departments  and vendors at the firm (creative / design/packaging/digital/tech)


Smartly upsell the services offered by the Agency and generate more revenue from the portfolio of clients


Have great Communication, Social, and Persuasive skills. Should be someone who loves to have a conversation and meet new people. Needs to be extremely articulate and possess absolute clarity of mind and thought. Must have a brilliant presence of mind.


Should be able to understand and focus on the objectives mentioned by the respective clients and their comprehensive online marketing requirements including Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Display Advertising, Social Media, Affiliate Marketing, Email Marketing, Design, Branding, and communication & more


Responsible for staying informed on activities that are being performed on their accounts, the competition and the market in general. They will also be responsible for signing off ALL important documentation/deliverables before they go to a client. This includes budget, project plan, mockups, storyboards, deliverables, etc.


He/she should serve as a liaison within the organization in order to initiate campaign strategies & development


Should be able to conduct research for the client portfolio by recognizing growth possibilities and opportunities which increases the revenue indirectly through selling services.


Should stay abreast with the emerging online trends and the best practices within the industry


He/she should be the one point of contact for the set of client portfolios.


Experience:


Must have completed a degree with an emphasis on marketing/advertising


Must be passionate about advertising


3-5 years of professional experience in client servicing / key account management/marketing / in an agency or related industry, ideally in a reputed agency.


Efficiency in writing briefs & creating marketing/strategy plans and budgets.


Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously with an emphasis on solution-focused customer service


Ability to provide tracking and reporting across clients and their individual projects


Must be an expert in Business Communication skills with excellent authority on presentation applications (PowerPoint, Keynote etc.)
